Richard Waserstein is a Real Estate Attorney with more than 25 years of experience in development and distressed investments. He is also the Founder of Waterstone Capital, a Private Equity Firm, which specializes in investment alternatives for clients in the real estate industry. Mr. Waserstein maintains a portfolio of commercial, residential, multi-family and retail properties in excess of $80M and is currently an active partner of several developments and ventures.
