MANAGING DIRECTOR COO/CFO

Mauricio Bello studied Industrial Engineering at Los Andes University in Colombia, with special interest in finance and more than 10 years of experience in real estate investments. He was managing the investment funds department for a broker dealer located in south Florida for Latin American clients, and is currently the Managing Director at Waterstone Capital, as well as an active partner in several transactions in residential and hospitality developments held by the group.
