CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Juliana Londoño, joined our team at Waterstone Capital in August 2015 as Project Manager, to complete our $75MM condominium venture, Brickell Ten.
Prior to coming on board to our team, Juliana worked as an Assistant Project Manager for the Related Group, where for over two years, participated in the development and acquisition process of various affordable and multifamily projects. Juliana relocated to Miami in 2007, after completing her degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Central Florida, to start her career in Real Estate. And now has 9 years of experience in multifamily, affordable housing and commercial real estate acquisition, development and property management.
In addition, Juliana is board member of the IIDA South Florida Chapter for two years now, keeping her involved in the new trends and upcoming projects in South Florida.
